Makes a very bad headache to me , I think it is full of chemicals or its not clean source of kelp. Update : I take it with the main meal so I don't have that bad headache.

Personally feels like there is a better intake on metabolic level. For myself, this dosage in capsule form works better than any liquids tried with under tongue applications offered by other brands. Yes, Nature's Way is a favorite Company for sure, with quality and fairly priced supplements I've relied on for peak wellness many decades now. Non-GMO all the way!

This is a known brand I use in the U.S., and I know this is a decent Kelp. Isolated supplements aren't too good for you 'cause they offset the balance of other things... so I take Kelp instead of just Iodine. You can read about why we need Kelp (Iodine) on the web (mostly due to excess intake of Fluorine, Chlorine, and Bromine). Anyway, this is a good quality supplement - expensive of course, because there is always big markup on imported products :-\ Of course there is an ocean (fishy) smell. Yes all the Kelps have it (if you find one that doesn't, don't trust it!). Just close your nose before you open the bottle, start breathing with your mouth, and don't breathe your nose again until after you have swallowed the Kelp. Easy :)
