I like that the batteries do last a long time and that they are genuinely rechargeable. These are not cheap knock-offs.The Product is the best I have come across and I have gone through many. I use it especially for cats. The strobe lights and the flickering noise does deter the cats. Also it seems to be ice-proof as proven (I have two others in my back garden) by the recent weather that was quite extreme. Also ant nesting proof. I have hesitated to purchase the new set as I want them for my front garden and they are more open to casual theft. But I have engineered secluded nooks in which to place them. On the frequency I have the birds are fine, the cats are deterred. It keeps them off my grass and out of my flower beds. One of them I have aligned with the wall and I have watched as a cat - a new cat on the block (Isn't there always one of those) - avoided the route where this repeller was in function.

The media could not be loaded.  I have bought couple of these devices, to zone out the garden. So that our bunny would be allowed to run free within that zone.Device was charges, and is working - but is completely ineffective, even with different settings on, our bunny kept approaching it, grassing the grass next to it...honestly, no affect at all.Very disappointed, as there are so many positive reviews, and was certain that it will be affective. Sadly, not.Sending it back for a refund.

Bought this to discourage cats coming into the garden to harass garden birds. They seem to work as cat numbers have reduced markedly. Saw one cat encounter a device on my security camera at night when the device was first installed and as soon as the cat walked into the sound field it instantaneously bolted.On setting 2 the devices don’t appear to have any impact on birds.Cautiously optimistic that this is the solution to the cat problem but time, and a bit more experimentation with the settings will tell.

This is my second purchase for this fantastic product. I have not seen the cat since I activated both my scariers.If set on Med setting with the strobe this scares the cats but does not effect my dogs but they are not happy if they get too nosey and sniff the scarier.I would 100% recommend this product.

Had a real fox problem and once I installed two of these in my garden they steadily went away, haven’t had a problem since. Good quality, sturdy and very sensitive to motion. Would recommend.

I decided to go for a twin pack to solve my past problem once and for all , utilising these machines properly has worked wonders , would highly recommend to anyone with cat or fox issues

They sound like a great idea! They don't work. The foxes I'm trying to get rid of still urniate and defeacate right next to them despite them emitting the high pitched sound and flashing lights. The cats ignore them.

Unfortunately the battery cover was missing and also screws to attach the spike to the main unit.
