SOLAR 1002 1.5 Amp 12V Automatic Onboard Battery Charger

Works great on my dump trainer !

This is by far the best charger out there. I have 6 for 1for motorcycle ( this one is over 20 years old). 1 for lawn tractor and 4 for golfcart. Works great and easy to set up and use. Set it and forget it. It really is that easy.

Seems to be working as advertised. I do wish that it had come with a longer AC cord though. One foot isn't long enough to reach beyond the engine compartment, so I had to put an extension cord on it.

This product is designed well, is small in size and performs perfectly in maintaining the battery with a full charge.

Purchased to maintain the battery for my Mustang which is stored over winter. Works great. Easy to use and setup. The battery hold down does not work well with my battery but that is because the battery tray lip on my model is tall. No issue.

I guess I don't understand what this is designed to be used on, when you have a power cord that is less than a foot long it leaves very, very few options to mount and if you want to run the cord to your bumper or somewhere convenient you need to buy and additional extension cord. Poorly designed. Returned.

I have one of these under the good of each car so that when I haven't driven it for a while, I can leave it plugged in overnight and be fully charged by morning. The oldest one has been in place for over a decade, so it seems to be reliable.

I am using two of these on different vehicles. So far, they are bullet proof. Easy to install. They work as intended, they quietly sit under the hood until it's time to plug in again. I would recommend this product.

I have 3 others on my collector cars, and they have been working seamlessly for the past 10 years. I got another car, and there was no question what I would put on it. GREAT bang for the buck!

I own four of these to maintain my fleet. Great product. Auto on off. No switch that needs to be pushed to turn on. Which is important when these are mounted under the hood.

It works well, but in cold conditions, if it hasn’t been plugged into electricity for a while, it won’t start. It needs to be warmed up first.
