Very solid, easy to use eBike Rack
It's hard to find eBike racks out there that are strong enough and rated to safely hold two, heavy eBikes, but this one is a great rack. We've been hauling our two fatty eBike mountain bikes around and it does a great job. It's very solidly built, easy to use, fits into our trailer hitch, is easy/intuitive to use and comes with all the straps etc. to secure your valuable bikes. The arms are padded so they can be snugged firmly onto your bike w/o scratching it and together with the wheel straps and extra generic strap they provide your bikes are never going to rattle loose or fall off. It's designed with removable pins so you can fold it up while its on the hitch to reduce it's footprint, and to fold it down (when bikes are off) so you can get into the back tailgate. Perfect rack in all those regards. The only minor marks I can deduct is the locks. Good news is the rack has two sets: each bike arm is lockable to deter people from swiping the bikes off your rack and then there is another lock to deter someone from steeling the rack off your hitch. Given the cost of the rack and bikes, I do worry about both. The locks are locks... but if someone really wants to, and has time, they are not that beefy. It will stop a common thief / theft of opportunity but if someone really wants your stuff and has tools they won't stop a determined, equipped thief. Also, one of the arm locks is finicky and hard to lock when under the load of being snugged onto the bike. Again, so happy there are locks - just don't live in the illusion you are buying Fort Knox. Overall, great rack, very strong, practical and we're glad to own it.

Rugged, secure, well built!
This is for the 2022 version, which I purchased as it saved $240 over the 2023 version ($359 vs $599). It arrived by US Mail in two days. It was well packed and in perfect condition. It included all tools required, as well as two keys that lock both the two cross bar locks as well as the pin lock that adds some level of protection from someone removing the entire rack from your RV or truck. We just purchased two e-bikes (52lbs each) and we were concerned about our 20 year old hanger based bike rack not being able to withstand the weight (plus we didn't want our new expensive bikes hanging by their cross bar). I have heard of this manufacturer, but I purchased it based on reviews and it was one of the very few that are RV rated and we are using it with a camper trailer. It took me about 20 minutes to put together. The instructions were pretty much only pictures, but they were very clear and in full color. I do think it would have been helpful to stress that the four wheel wells need to be offset, as I did not see that point (it was noted in text on the very last page, where it shows you how to mount the bike to the rack) in the pictures only version. It took me only about 10 minutes to correct the wheel holders but it was annoying. The unit is heavily built and is very solid, folds up for storage, and the two bike cross rail hooks are very well padded with soft rubber. The unit folds up for storage and to allow mounting of the bikes. The center upright is held in place with a slip pin, and you simply pull it out to fold the bar downward so that you can easily mount the bike on the backside. I would recommend a locking pin to replace the one provided by the seller on this hinged movement, but that is probably only required if you have a single bike on it (because if you only have a single bike, on the backside of the rack, you could fold down the center bar, even with the crossbar hook locked, and probably get the bike loose from the rack...haven't tested it, but I imagine you could.) Recommendations: It should have a hole of some kind as part of the main 2" mount to allow for a 5/8" security cable to run through like my old rack had. Now I have to figure out now how to secure a cable around my two bikes on this rack to reduce theft risk.

Great Quality and Easy to Use!
This RV Hitch Mounted Bike Rack is fantastic! It’s RV-approved, sturdy, and super easy to install. It holds my two e-bikes securely, even on rough terrain, and I love the extra protection the locks provide for the bikes. The tilt feature makes it super convenient for access to the RV's rear, which is a big plus. ✔ Pros: ✅ Sturdy and secure bike rack ✅ Easy to install and use ✅ Tilt feature for easy access to the RV ✅ RV-approved ❌ Cons: None! It works exactly as advertised. Highly recommend for anyone who loves biking and RV trips! 🚴♀️🚐

Solid, yet reasonably lightweight
This bike rack will be used on my 2 inch truck receiver as well as my 5th wheel 2 inch receiver. What I didn't realize was that the RV version will not allow one to open the end gate of my truck. Most other bike racks advertise that they do tip away, this one doesn't. Not really a deal breaker, but would have been nice to have that option. One of the reasons I looked at this type of bike rack is that I have fenders on my bike. Generally speaking, fenders interfere with other types of bike racks where the fastening/securing takes place at or on the tire. This rack secures the bike's frame with 'J' straps mounted on to a central vertical 1 inch steel shaft. I like that the fact that you can lock the 'J' hooks in place, but I found them difficult to release once in place (nothing to do with the lock). That may end up being the biggest challenge. The 'J' straps are well padded with a stiff foam rubber and non-marring. The openings for the tires are a bit wide, but they can accommodate other width tires and as such are adequate for my 1.5 inch wide tires. The whole bike rack weighs somewhere near 40+ lbs, but that's very reasonable considering the solid build. The handle allows you to easily carry and store this rack when not in use. On inspection, all parts went together well. The threaded pin that goes into the receiver gets tightened and then locked which takes away play. The same key works on all 3 locks. While still hitched, it does fold up, however; the design doesn't make the length any more compact. How often that will actually be an issue, remains open, but I don't suspect it will. The wrench tools that come with this are actually well made except for the larger of the two allen wrenches, which could have been an inch longer. It's just too short for leveraging. Overall, this is a quality built product and very solid. I'd purchase again, maybe next time just get the one designed for the truck/SUV that can tilt away while hitched.

Great value and and an excellent product
I'm a full time nomad travelling in a class a motorhome. For a year I suffered through dragging my 60+ pound RadRover ebike in and out of my rig when moving spots. I was having trouble figuring out what kind of rack to purchase and the cost for a quality rack seemed high so I kept putting it off. I learned there was also a premium for a rack that was 'RV approved'. Finally I saw a deal on this rack and snagged it. I've been travelling with it for a few trips now and have had the opportunity to experience what it's like in practical use. - Easy enough to assemble - Between the wheel straps, the ratcheting clamp (which is the primary stabilizer) and the extra straps I don't really worry about it falling off while traveling. - The fact that there are built in locking mechanisms on both receiver hitch and the main clamp is awesome. I don't need to worry about separate locks and someone would really have to plan ahead and be very determined to steal it off the back of my rig. Super convenient and provides great peace of mind for me. - Loading and unloading took a little trial and error for me to figure out the best way for me. I'm traveling solo with only one bike so I'm always using the part closest to the rig. The middle post that secures the bikes folds down for loading/unloading. Because it goes straight back it's 'sort of' in the way. That's the part that I had to experiment with - how to make it as simple as possible to avoid that obstacle. I won't go into the process that I settled on but it's pretty straight forward and allows me (65) to do it alone with no problem. I am fully satisfied with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a rack for their RV that can handle one or two heavy ebikes.

Best Built Bike Rack we found
Hyperax is a wonderful company to work with we have over 30,000 miles behind our rv with there bike rack and is still going strong. The locking system is awesome and the Wobble sytem works very good on 2 different racks we have tried. This rack is build very heavy-duty.

great value RV x2 ebike carrier
This is very nice. It is made well, packaged nicely and easy to put together with clear instructions. The powder coating is also very nice. It took me 5 attempts to figure out the best way to load our 2 new ebikes. There are a couple different ways to install the tire holders and frame "clamps". I ended up doing it a different way than the instructions indicate, I think because I have one large bike and one small. I was also trying to keep the taillights clear on the rig (this is a concern). It seems to me the goal is to get both bikes centered, you may have to swap a couple pieces around to accomplish this. I also made a slight modification to the vertical center post that holds the bikes in place. It is MUCH easier to load the inside bike with this piece removed instead of simply folded down. I'm very happy with it even though I hade to "customize" it a bit. I dont think you can buy a better one for the same cost.

Rack Doesn’t Last
When I received this bike rack I really liked the heavy construction of it. Seemed like it would last for a long time. At first it was great then over time I noticed that the inside bike was leaning more and more towards the bike on the rear. After looking at it I realized that the hook on the top that you press down on had been bending from either the bouncing down the road or just me pushing it down tight. Either way, I decided I would just bend it back which I was able to do by hand. That also concerned me that it would bend so easily. After only two more trips the bike was leaning back again and I noticed when trying to tighten the bike down I was running out of travel on the vertical section with the plastic teeth. I believe this is due to not only the hook arm bending again but the vertical bar that folds down for easier bike removal getting very sloppy because the hole where the pin goes through has become egg shaped from the bouncing down the road. Unfortunately I’m out of luck on a return and even if I could I wouldn’t get another one of this design based off of the terrible longevity of the product. I really wanted this rack to work out but based off of my experience as well as a friend of mine (he had the previous model) I would highly suggest that you spend your money elsewhere. Ironically I have noticed the price drop dramatically lately on this model.

Very sturdy and well built.
Drove from Canada to Florida with 2 ebikes on rack. Added an anti-bounce bracket between rack and RV hitch. Added straps just in case, secured on RV hitch. Absolutely no problems encountering the way. Good, solid RV certified ebike rack. At least I got this one in 2 days. Waited 6 months for Swagman rack and had to cancel order as they simply don't have any in North America. They say it's coming....don't believe them. This rack is just as good and is available (or was when I ordered) Highly recommended. Assembly instructions are easy to follow. Happy with my purchase.

We have 2 E-Bikes and this rack hold them perfectly on the back of our RV. There is no bouncing or twisting of the frame and the rack folds up when not in use. Highly recommended
