First Gun safe
I have been wanting a gun safe for a while. Did fair amount of research and the Dean safe Stealth model was recommended by a number of sources. Has capacity for 28 guns (not really) if you are counting long guns, but does have pockets for hand guns on the back of the door. Very happy with the timeliness of delivery and the process. Went very well. It arrived on a pallet and boxed and in very good condition. A little tippy so be careful getting off pallet. Safe is very nice with 14 gauge steel, a good combination locking device, and a matte paint with US flag on front. I have only used the case for about a month, but very pleased with the quality of the safe.

If you lose the keys there is 0 support to help you.Just an FYI other big safe companies can set you up with a replacement if you provide proof of purchase.This company tells you to kick rocks & call a lock smith.Not great customer support. Safe is okay. I have my pin but safer to have keys in case something disables the electronics on the safe, food for thought

Nice safe
Met all my expectations- glad I went and saw one on person before purchasing- 10-12 long guns max after re-doing the inside a little-and plenty of room for handguns, Ammo, misc stuff- lock was easy to set up- curb delivery was tough cuz this thing is heavy- I’d tip the delivery guy real good next time to get this thing moved in- very happy with my purchase and Dean Safes

Disappointed
I must have missed the part of “battery not included” unreal, $1,400 safe and you don’t include a battery. Also, I have no clue why it won’t open with the factory code? Very frustrating that I hauled this big useless safe up a flight of stairs only for it to sit in the middle of the room unusable! The best part it’s a freaking Saturday so I have to wait till Monday to figure this out. Also, I came a little damaged, but it’s on the back side corner and probably FedEx fault anyway.I very rarely leave a review, but if you’re ready this and plan on getting this safe, make sure you have a battery and plenty of patience if it doesn’t want to be opened.Disappointing.

Delivers on time
Delivered on time. Several shelves that have no function after loading Long guns. Elastic straps in the door at too small for a clip.Instructions are incomplete. Witha 30 minute fire rated, it should be less expensive
