Works amazing! Makes the makeup practically melt off the brush/sponge, it washes right out! This shampoo smells good, is soft and does what it's supposed to do. It also lasts a long time (one bottle per year+ for me so far).

I used to use a solid brush soap for my brushes. I found that it was doing a pretty good job and was good at cleaning but I wanted to switch to a liquid one instead. This soap is so good. It has a scent that isn't the best honestly, but it fades very quickly and doesn't stick to the brushes. The bottle is a great value because a small amount of soap cleans so many brushes. It lathers up very well on a silicone brush mat and conditions the bristles so they feel soft. No residue is left behind and it truly does remove the color and stains incredibly well. Such a solid option for the price

The best brush cleaner I’ve ever used. Strong enough to clean and do the job but doesn’t require excessive rinsing to get it all out. Love that it doesn’t have a smell.

All but two of my brushes are the It silver handled numbered kind; I built this investment a few years ago based on reviews. I do a quick clean daily with a certain store brand of makeup cleaner made for daily use; that’s the best I’ve found so far for my brushes and doesn’t put them at risk. It would be the weekly cleaning that always fought me. I decided after again reading reviews here to give this a try. I’m very happy! A few drops on a cleansing pad did the trick. Amazing how well such a small amount of drops works. I watched the buildup work its way down and out the first time. Rinses clean; amazingly no residual color as I wiped dry. I’m finding the brushes are drying a little bit quicker. I am pleasantly shocked to say the least! I’ll update this post if I discover any issues I find as I use it; this post is based on my initial cleaning process. If all holds true this bottle should last a decent amount of time! *Edited 5/19/2025 Works effectively for removing any powder-based products. I’ve discovered that when I tried to use on my larger foundation face brushes which I used to apply a longer lasting Morphe foundation this remover did very little to clean. I am sticking with my Sephora brand daily brush cleaner. I passed this on to our daughter; she uses powder products and is happy with this.

This is a fabulous product. Easy to use. It has cleaned my makeup brushes better than other home items I have tried (face wash, baby shampoo, regular shampoo.) Tremendous amount of residue just flows off and out. Brushes even dry more quickly. Not oily. Excellent value.

1st time trying this stuff, so far love it. It does a great job cleaning and leaves the brushes soft and not dried out. Plan to buy again in the future.

I love this cleanser for washing my makeup brushes. It removes makeup really well, leaves them clean and soft, and doesn’t damage the bristles. A little goes a long way, and the bottle lasts quite a while. Great quality at a good price — highly recommend!

They do an okay job, but I do have to use a couple squirts for all my brushes - more than i'd like to. It does the job so I can't complain, and i've had this for a while now (my first one), but if I used it more often i'd probably be on my third one buy now. It works, just not as fast or as good as I would like it to.

Yes, this is a Holy Grail product, works like a charm and smells lovely. The brushes come out soft and as good as new (even if never cleaned before). I can only echo everybody else on this one. Buy it. Baby shampoo has got nothing on this one.
