It’s easy to use, comes with a basic exercise leaflet. Does a basic/starter up first timer tummy muscle workout strength but not a major workout. Just what a starter needs out 👌🏽

If you want a black eye this product is for you, it snapped on the foot strap the second time it was used and smashed right in my eye this product shouldn't be sold.
