Like the other review, this product arrived broken. Two broken pieces and one missing piece. It wasn't wrapped well. So disappointing, because we cannot use it unfortunately, and I had bought this as an anniversary gift, so you can imagine the frustration.For anyone wondering, this comes with a lot of filters, enough to last a very long time. The cold drip coffee maker is as shown in the picture. It also isn't huge, so it fits well in the kitchen. I just wish these parts weren't broken or missing.
