I WAS LOOKING FOR AN EASY TO READ, EASY TO USE, NO BELLS AND WHISTLES PHONE, I FOUND IT IN THIS. I WANTED BIG NUMERALS AS THESE ARE EASIER TO SEE, A STRAIGHT FORWARD PHONE THAT I COULD JUST DIAL THE NUMBER I REQUIRED AND GET THROUGH WITHOUT ANY FANCY ADD-ONS, THIS DOES IT FOR ME, AND I HAVE TOLD A LOT OF MY 'ELDERLY' FRIENDS ABOUT IT AND THIS SEEMS TO MEET THE CRITERIA FOR WHAT A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE LOOKING FOR, WORKS WELL FOR ME, GO ON THEN , BUY ONE.

I didn't want a smart phone and was still using my 14 year old Nokia despite having bought more modern phones which I didn't like and were a waste of money. I saw this phone and liked the larger buttons which is a plus for somebody my age, and also that it was a folding phone which I had not tried before. The price was very reasonable and so far I love the phone, I can't find anything negative to say about it.

Bought for elderly parents who wanted a basic mobile phone and they are over the moon with it. Ring is nice and loud, numbers are a great size and it is so simple to use. They are very happy with it and were impressed with the price.

However, I do find it a bit 'slippery' to hold and fiddly to open. I am also used to the '&' being on the '1' key so it is annoying to have to go to the symbols and scroll down - easier to type 'and'! My other grumble is that the '7' key is stiff and as it is the P,Q,R&S key - SO often used - I frequently have to correct the wrong letter or multiple wrong letters. Maybe a nanosecond more before it selects a letter...? Or else I live in hope it will loosen with use!
