Benefit Cosmetics erase paste concealer - light 01

I was searching around Amazon for some cosmetics, and I ran across Benefit cosmetics. I'm a big Urban Decay user, but after reading reviews, I decided to give Benefit cosmetics a go. I ordered Erase Paste in fair, and it matches my skin tone perfectly! It also has excellent coverage and really does make dark circles disappear and brightens up my eyes! I saw another reviewer said it was really oily and a few said it was cakey, but honestly, I've never had that problem, for me, its the right consistency- creamy. It goes on smooth and stays on all day! This product is fabulous!

After reading the positive reviews for this concealer, I decided to chance it and buy it. I have melasma spots on my face and need a concealer that doesn't settle into laugh lines and wrinkles. This product unfortunately does NOT do it for me. It doesn't blend in too easily with my foundation and comes off easily. I wear a makeup primer before I put on foundation and concealer, so most of the concealers that I have tried stay on for at least a few hours. Not this erase paste. It is smudged off (not that I intentionally do this, but with the natural things that happen like holding a cell phone to your ear, hugging someone, putting on a shirt, etc.) within the hour! I can buy me a simple drug store concealer that cost much less for $6-$11 and it would do a better job of staying on me. So I am still searching for an excellent and well-priced concealer.

This is a nice concealer and gives me pretty good coverage the only complaint I have is it tends to cake under my eyes. It lasted a while and I still have some left I would reccomend this but you can probably find a concealer just as good for a cheaper price

I was told this was the best concealer there was. Well that was wrong.It works but not that well. This isn't near the BEST of any concealer outthere. It's okay and just okay

This is the best under eye concealer I have found...but I am still not completely thrilled with it.I have very dark under eye circles and eye lids and they make me very self-conscious. I have been hunting for the best concealer to brighten up my eyes for years. This is the best concealer that I have found thus far, but it is not perfect. You must use a lot of this to completely cover up the under eye darkness but then it looks caked on, which only draws attention to the under eye area.A thin layer on my eyelids and under eyes does a decent job at coverage. I'm glad to have found this concealer but it's not perfect...though I do not think that the perfect concealer exists.

One of the great under eye concealer's out there. I have purple dark circles no matter what I do. When I go bare faced I always get asked if I'm tired or sick. For me, being fair skinned with purple, deep circles, I needed a salmon colored concealer. I use the lightest shade in erase paste because you want to conceal as well as brighten the area. If you go too dark, you may make the under eye area look worse. The light shade is great; it has peachy/salmon tones but looks like your skin (versus some correctors, which are stark yellow, green, red, etc.) It is a super creamy product and a little goes a long way. It is hydrating for the under eye area, which is important. I put on foundation, then this, and then a highlight shade on top. I set it with a translucent powder and it stays well (a little bit of movement from the product as the day goes on, but this could be because I have multiple creamy products on my face). Does it completely hide my circles? No. I haven't found a product that does, but this comes close and has a beautiful application and finish.

Soo I use birchbox and this is the concealer I've been using for about a year now. They were out of stock and I was totally out. I happened to find it here CHEAPER and faster. SCORE!As far as the product goes I have pale dry skin and a tendency to have dark circles under my eyes. It totally works. I don't really wear foundation or anything other than eye makeup and this stuff isn't too thick or cakey for me and I don't have to put any foundation on over it to blend it with the rest of my face. I just pat a little of this under my eyes after moisturizer, put on some shadow, liner, and mascara and I'm good to go.

I was disappointed in how light the fair shade is for this product. I am fair skinned and it does not cover my dark circles. It actually makes them look worse. A lot of money for something that did not work for me.
