My family uses this product so much! Boots, gloves, shoes, etc. Really like that there’s a timer on it so you can have it set for a specific amount of time and then will shut off. Would recommend!

Easy to use product. We always have boots and sport shoes on this dryer. Love the fact that you can set it constant or have it on a timer. A must have in every house.

This thing didn't work properly the first time I used it. I contacted the manufacturer, not only did they not address the issue in their response, but they basically told me "too bad, we don't do returns or exchanges, take it up with Amazon". Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest UPS store, wait for my refund, them find a company that actually cassettes of their customers are satisfied, and order one from them. It's pouring here, and Will be for the next 2 weeks, sure would have been nice if I could dry our boots and gloves at the end of the day!Don't waste your money (or time). The product is garbage, and the customer service was even worse.
