Got these so that I could close the lid on my Ozark Trail 20oz tumblers; and they work great! The seal on them is tight and there is a rubbery seal that goes over the hole when the lid is closed and that helps seal it all. I tested this by accident when I accidentally got my sleeve caught on a door handle walking through the house the other day. The tumbler almost came out of my hand and was nearly completely upside-down by the time I got my grip on it again. Not a drop spilled. Keeps the ice in the timber a little longer than the lids with no closure; which is a nice bonus.I hand wash these lids, and the only drawback is that a little soapy water can get caught under the sliding mechanism. No big deal - you just have to rinse it thoroughly enough to flush the soapy water out. Again, not a true drawback at all, but something you should be cognizant of if you’re going to buy these.

When I ran across this product, I knew I had to try it - I ordered the two pack of 20 oz lids. I've used other spill proof covers that you have to pry off the snap on lid to take a drink. Those are a pain! This one, however, you just slide it - so easy. And it holds liquid well! I had to help at a concession stand this weekend, and my cup took a three foot drop off a table. Not only did the lid keep the liquid from spilling, I'm still using the lid! The picture attached shows the cracks/"bruising" of the lid - right up to the mouthpiece - yet I can still use this lid because of the thickness of the product. I will definitely order again! These lids are amazing!

Overall this is a good product. They're easy to clean and use. They trap the warmth nicely. I did drop one and it broke so they aren't super durable but the other one has held up well. That was my fault though.

Ozark Trail 20-Ounce Stainless Steel Double-Wall, Vacuum-Sealed TumblerI bought this 2-pack to replace the original lids on my two Ozark Trail 20-Ounce Stainless Steel Double-Wall, Vacuum-Sealed Tumblers. (The original Ozark lids do not have a closure.) The new lids fit perfectly with no leakage, the slide back closure does not impede drinking and it stays secure when closed or open. I agree with the comments that when washing the lid, soapy water gets trapped in the closure. This is minor and temporary and is solved by opening and closing the closure as you rinse it.

This lid work better than any other lid I’ve used.Unfortunately after a month of use the retaining tab broke so the lid doesn’t stay on and seal anymore. Also the tab was a thin piece that could be ingested if you don’t see it.
