will this repair cavities?

I think that you have to get a toothpaste with nano-hydroxyapatite for it to heal cavities and this seems to have micro-hydroxyapatite. The molecules are larger so they don't soak into the teeth the way the smaller molecules do.

How abrasive is this toothpaste?

Not at all. The reason I use this is because my enamel has grown thin which results in extreme sensitivity. This toothpaste has been a real blessing in my quest to keep my natural teeth.

I have not seen an “updated version” just a label in English rather than Italian
