THIS STUFF IS DELICIOUS!!!!I've never tasted a protein powder like this before. I've had some pretty good ones, but this one takes the cake. It's got a nice minty flavor and little cookie pieces. I like to make mine with almond milk and it's the best! The little cookie pieces haven't gotten soft or soggy. I'm allergic to eggs and, to my surprise, this protein is egg free!!! So major bonus for me! And it's a great price. Keeps me full for breakfast. Dissolves great. Perfect protein powder for my family.

One of the best protein powders I have ever tried! I have tried many different protein powders, this is one of my favorite. I put it in overnight oats and it’s makes it taste like strawberries and cream. I also love it in protein shakes. I add frozen strawberries and almond milk. It taste like a sweet treat after a hard workout. I also have their cosmic brownie and I love that one just as much! I put the cosmic brownie in my coffee, and many other things. I would highly recommend Ryse, it’s worth the price. I will buy any protein powders Ryse makes.

I've tried a lot of protein powders and this one tastes really good. It can be a bit chalky if you don't mix it well, like other powders but it really tastes good and mixes well with greek yogurt too.

Delicious protein, I love the taste and everything except, if you are lactose intolerant this will eff u up. The 2nd ingredient is concentrated whey which is all lactose. I love this but not worth the bloating and shutting myself

It's too good. My whole family enjoyed it. Can't wait for the lemon cake to come back so I can taste it. It's well worth the money. Yesterday I made one with coffee instead of water 😋. Don't wait buy it.

I have tried this and the reese flavor and this is spot on for the little Debbie strawberry cake from smell to flavor. Blended well easily dissolving in my ninja on smoothie setting with no clumps. Easy on the stomach, I’ve noticed this brand is very digestion friendly, and decent protein but I always double up. Size and price value is subjective but for me a good value because it settles the craving for a sweet. Very creamy and reminiscent of strawberry ice cream as well.

This was my first time trying Ryse. I was looking for a low calorie/low sugar protein option. I have been pleased with this purchase. It mixes very easily and taste great in water.

The taste is amazing. However, my issue is that it is foamy. Which makes it REALLY hard to drink. The texture is disgusting, it’s not smooth or creamy, it’s foamy. It grossed me out and made me literally gag… lol smh. What a huge waste of money. My other protein shake mixes don’t do that, so why on earth does this? I even thought it was because I used it in a blender, and confirmed that it’s the powder. Whatever they have in it to make it foamy, GET RID OF IT! Please!!!
