cool, watery gel that absorbs quicky and thoroughly; give it at least 30 days
The information states to give it at least a MONTH to work. So here I am a week or so in, with fairly consistent use and I am not yet ready to state its level of effectiveness; that wouldn't be fair. But I do want to comment on my experience so far and to start the review. I do plan to come back to update, because if this works I would be over the moon pleased. And if not, then I don't want anyone else to spend money where they don't have to.That being said, I have varicose veins and venous insufficiency. They bulge. I should have the procedure done to reduce/eliminate them but I haven't looked too far into it in recent times. I chickened out a decade ago. The veins only get worse, so it some sort of intervention and care is necessary. I wear compression socks nearly everyday. It helps for swelling but it doesn't change the bulging by much, for long. I have read about using horse chestnut internally to help strengthen vein walls. Not sure all what it can do when used topically, but I am totally open to trying it out. And so I have..The consistency is a cool, watery gel that absorbs really well. Not sticky, not greasy, not really...anything. It is pleasant. There is barely any scent (it isn't perfumed, and I can't detect enough of anything to say so). I use it from ankle to knee on both legs. I glop of it covered a lot of area. I aim to apply twice per day (am & pm) but I have forgotten one application here and there. The primary ingredients look fine. I think that the others could be cleaned up a little considering their "good for mind and body" objectives.Ingredients:Aesculus Hippocastanum Extract 1:4 (horse chestnut), Hamamelis Virginiana Extract 1:4 (witch hazel), Calendula Officinalis Extract 1:4 (calendula), Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Methychloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Water.Triethanolamine (pH adjuster, buffer and a surfactant), Methychloroisothiazolinone & Methylisothiazolinone (effective preservatives) all have information (EWG/skindeep) that states that these ingredients can be irritating, or allergic reaction producing in some people.)I have had no issues. Overall I am glad to be trying it, and am pleased with my experience so far. My current rating reflects that. Ultimately I wait to give final result opinion. Should be toward end of Dec 2020

Used sporadically and it didn't change anything for me, likely need to be diligent with applications
I used this off and on for about a month and didn't see any changes.Maybe this is one of those things that to work has to be done diligently twice a day without missing any, but honestly that's just never going to happen in my life. I constantly run out of time and things get cut in my daily routine just so I can get 6 hours of sleep at night.I'm also skeptical. If I used any skin safe oil and massaged my spider veins twice a day, every day, I imagine even that would lessen the spider veins a little bit just from the extra attention and blood flow in the area. With a retail cost of fifteen bucks this isn't horribly priced, but it just didn't do anything for me, but your mileage may vary. The cost isn't prohibitive, so if you were determined and didn't skip applications, this might work for others.

Fine but irritated my skin a bit
Age means spider veins, and if something can help, I'm all for it.Pros: - easy to portion - smooth and sinks in - plant-medicinal odorCons: - made my skin itch right awaySpider veins are anything but pretty, and I wanted to give this a go. It comes in a usual tube often used with creams. It has a snap lid and is easy to squeeze out the desired amount. The 'cream' is a yellow-brownish-clearish substance. It has a...what I assume.. is the odor of the herb mostly used in this cream. It's not bad and not over-powering, either.I, unfortunately, won't be able to test this long enough to see if it works, since it leaves my skin very itchy. There isn't any reddening, and I highly doubt everyone will have this problem. So, I'm going to give it an okay.

Soothing gel
I'm not sure if it's doing anything to decrease my spider veins - they look the same after 3 weeks of use - but the little massage I get while rubbing this in is nice and soothing. I guess I could get that without the gel, but the gel does provide a gliding medium for a lot longer (versus using a lotion that soaks in immediately).I don't notice much of a scent - anything I do smell isn't flowery or perfume-like. It'd be best described as a clean scent (what little of it there is).

Absorbs quickly - not effective for me.
After 30 days I see no difference in the little spider veins I've used it on, and I don't see any decrease in swelling in my ankles either. It does go on easy, and absorbs quickly and is a fairly nice moisturizer, and seems to help a little with the health of my skin overall. Perhaps taking an oral horse chestnut supplement in junction with this gel might help it be more effective?

Giving It a Try
I should label my photo as the BEFORE picture. After the recommended month of use, I'll post an AFTER picture (and label that). So far, I've used the gel for a week and it is too soon to see any progress. My doctor had recommended horse chestnut as a supplement to take, so I figured this gel to apply to my legs would be good too. It has horse chestnut and some other things like calendula leaf extract and hamamelis. The gel squeezes easily from a tube and is clear amber in color. It rubs easily into the skin and doesn't sting, smell, or feel tacky or oily. The company donates a portion of its sales to SAVE THE AMAZON.In the past, I've had saline injections, sclerotherapy, laser treatment, and off-and-on would wear compression stockings. Over time, the veins continue to break down and look ugly. If this gel helps with the appearance, I can put off another round of laser treatment. During the pandemic, I do not want to be going out to doctors for something that isn't life-threatening.I've given it 4 stars, but will increase that to 5 stars if I see improvement over the month.
