The watch is pretty but the hands would move if you shook a hand. Would not keep correct time due to this. Very disappointed and would not recommend this watch. Got as a gift for someone and he is already overseas so no way to return it. So sad and disappointed.

Bought this for my husband for our 11th wedding anniversary. He is also a bourbon/whiskey drinker and a watch fanatic. So the combo of stainless steel (11th anniversary) and the whiskey barrel wood was perfect. He loves it!

I have a collection of orginal grain watches. I was gifted most of them. My newest one (worn for less than 3 hours ) got water in it from washing my hands. Contacted orginal grain multiple times for help. Being that it was a gif I didn’t have the orginal order number. They refused to help me because of that. Even though I had given them. The name of the person who ordered. Furthermore I was not even asking for a replacement. I was just asking for help in repairing the watch and was met with negative response. And now when I try to email I just get the same automated response every time. Do not buy from a company that does not stand behind their product. Do your own research and you will find I’m not the only one. Shame really.

The watch came broken and not working. Setting stem fell off and would not go back on. Watch did not work at all. Bad customer service. The watch was for Christmas and I can't get another one until well after Christmas. I'm totally disappointed and dissatisfied. Don't buy these watches they are totally junk.

My wife stepped out on a limb and purchased a very expensive Original Grain watch for me for Father's day. She planned ahead and purchased the watch in April. Upon receiving the watch in June, it just was not my style. Upon contacting Original Grain's return / customer service repeatedly, I was told it exceeded the 14-day return policy. I have left voicemails with absolutely no luck reaching anyone or receiving a phone call back. Do yourself a favor...do not purchase from Original Grain.

OMG!!! THIS WATCH IS BEAUTIFUL AND BREATHTAKING! GORGEOUS! Just makes you go WOW WOW WOW!!! So glad I bought it and I love the uniqueness and history of it. The way it was made and its special materials. Since I started collecting whiskey bottles myself. A nice add on to my collection!
