BUT.. they no longer work.Purchased them in late August, it has been 3 months and they no longer work. They won’t turn on/off with the remote and we have even tried other remotes with the same style lights.The outlet works, but not sure what the issue is ): what a bummer as we wanted them for the holidays.If the sellers reach out I will update how they handle but otherwise leaving a 2 star since they lasted 3 months alone ):We did not run them a lot either. It was about 2 days a week for a few hours.

First off I've had these license 2022 and guess what.... THEY STILL WORKIN FAM! 😝I got so lucky when I first bought these lights cuz I didn't know these were the superior/legendary lights that I needed to buy.For some background,I bought similar lights after this that didn't even last a month, or barely last a year before they start breaking, tearing, falling off the wall, remote not registering, etc.The thing is this works just as good as I got it the remote and everything maybe the top of the remote is peeling back with wear and tear but...IT WORKS! STILL??!!! Like what? after a little over 4 years of usage, these LED Lights have just been phenomenal throughout every experience.And I could say that proudly knowing that I bought lights like this thinking I want something different BUT NO... Definitely choose this over any brand and don't look at the rest of the reviews because they lie! Maybe some people are experiencing faulty LED Lights but not me!Take this perspective from an experienced person that has been using this product for a little over 4 years and get the LEDs that you want for longevity. There's so much good things I could say about this light but for the most part I can't. Just because you will think I'm not and not a real person. But if you made it this far let me specify.... After a little over 4 years, the remote still works! Well actually.... I should say only works when you replace the battery every 2 years (which you can conveniently buy here for replacements) and it's no big deal because all the other LED Lights I bought other than this brand haven't even made it until the battery ran out of the remote. So if that tells you anything, you should buy something for the long-term if you're looking for it in this product is knocked it out of the park!

Great entry level LED strip. Bluetooth connected app controls are convenient and allow for customized segment controls, as well as timers and different creative light options with different patterns, all programmable through the app. There are a few color blips every now and then where a segment of the lights will very briefly change colors, but nothing deal breaking.I had one issue with the last set I brought. The strip failed after a month's use. I contacted the company and explained what happened, and they kindly replaced the defective strip within a few days for no charge. I appreciate a company willing to stand by their products. Bad eggs happen, and I have to say the customer service was exceptional.For the price, I have no major complaints. They don't have some features or the light density found on higher price strips. Still, the light strip has plenty going for it and can be a great DIY decorative touch.

Loved these! I had them up for years until I had to move just recently.I used them like an actual light in my room so they were on pretty much all the time, and it took at least 3 years before small sections started to go out and not hold the proper colors anymore.They were easy to put up, but it did have trouble with getting them over the corners in my room. The adapter and plug in are long, so theres plenty of length from the plug and where you want to stick the lights.They were good quality lights especially for the price, and they were super easy to control. I prefered to use the app because you could customize your colors more accurately than with the remote, and you could sink your lights to music as well. They looked great and were very bright!

I bought these for my dorm because they were super cheap, but they work great. I have even bought another 200 feet for my bedroom since it stay pretty dark in there even with the lights on.Since they’re so cheap, the color will be a bit off, especially in the white, green, and yellow shades. They can’t seem to get those colors quite right. However, for the price, I’d say it’s worth the trade-off.They aren’t inherently difficult to install, but because of where I was installing them, it was a bit exhausting. But do note that if you plan to put them on the wall, you really need to put a bit of painter’s tape under them so that you won’t damage the wall when you remove them.The app is pretty easy to use, and the timer automation is great. Just note that if the power goes out or they’re unplugged, you have to reset the timer since it basically factory resets the lights.The adhesive seems to be holding up pretty well. I haven’t had any issues with these lights other than where one section occasionally dims, but that’s because of how I installed them. I ran one of the 50ft rolls under my desk and one part is right where my knee sometimes rests, and that messes with a kink in the strip that I made, and that just interrupts the power slightly. So try not to make any sharp turned with the lights, do gradual turns.

are really bright and easy to install!!! controller didn’t work but the online one did, and it comes with many light modes! i reccomend buying.

I really tried with this company. I have my house hooked up to Tuya Smart. Inside the app, they promote items that supposedly work with Tuya. I ordered a set of SMD 5050 as they were listed on Tuya, I even searched for Wifi LED strip lights separately, and the SMD 5050 popped up. I ordered, installed, and finally realized, they don't work with wifi.Amazon graciously refunded me, and also let me keep the lights because I told them there's no way I'm getting the adhesive cover back on the lights to return, and then they would just go in the trash anyways. So I uninstalled them from their location and moved them to my daughter's room.I then ordered these "Smart" lights, also a recommendation from Tuya. This time, I ordered 4 units as I want to get my house lit up and really love the idea of the IC function. Biggest mistake. Fooled me twice. Still DOES NOT connect to wifi. The bluetooth is proprietary to THEIR app, Daybetter. Can't control them with Tuya. Tried reaching out to Daybetter customer service and have gotten crickets. Return initiated.Also, during my short time installing the first package of these RGBIC lights, I struggled to get the adhesive backing off and then I VERY EASILY tore the strip about 4 ft from the end and ended up losing that section. Really, REALLY low quality product here.Be aware that the power adapter that they include makes a very high pitch frequency when plugged in and the lights are not on, when the lights aren't connected, and when you use "fade", "flash" or "jump". This is due to cheap components in the adapter. It also gets very hot, very fast which is highly concerning and not something I'm going to gamble burning my house down over. (And for anyone concerned that I installed this terrible product in my daughter's room with this overheating issue, I ordered a separate power adapter that is actually worth the $6.97 I paid for and the SMD 5050 lights work as intended now with no overheating and no high frequency sound)Don't be like me, just buy something better quality, (like I will be now) because when I think of cheap amazon crap, this is exactly what I imagine.

Ordered for sisters 12th birthday. It does not come with standard British plug. Not stated anywhere. She was really disappointed.
