This stuff is the best!
This is the best stuff ever for curly hair. I buy for myself (curly), my daughter (wavy) and now my sister buys for my niece after using ours at our house. Great for detangling and moisturizing (especially after swimming), and leaves hair soft and manageable. I use just this to style my curly hair, and its never frizzy or chaotic like it used to be. Notice less breakage now as well. Its on subscribe and save, because running out would be a PROBLEM.

Love this stuff!!!
Whoa yeah! Great stuff! I've always had a curl.ro my hair but blow it straight bc I could never find a product that was light weight and didn't gunk up my hair, producing a desperate looking mess. This is an amazing, curl definer that leaves my hair soft and full of beautifully defined curls. Highly, highly recommend and plan to try all of their products.

Repurchased 3+ times!
Like many other curly haired girls, I’ve tried a lot of different hair products and almost all of them did not work for my hair. My biggest concern was the frizz! No matter how much product I used or how strong the hold was or whatever combination of different brands I used, my hair would be a frizzy disaster within hours. I live in Texas so the heat and humidity is no joke.Curlsmith products are expensive but so worth it! This is the only brand that actually retains my curls and reduces the frizz I deal with.My current routing is washing my hair with the Frizz Control line shampoo and conditioner (green label). Once out of the shower, I section my wet/damp hair in half down the middle and apply the Weightless Air Dry Cream (blue label) to each side. I rake it through my hair first, then use the ‘praying hands’ method, before finishing it off by scrunching my hair up. I then immediately apply the Feather-Light Protein Cream (purple label) and do the same steps of raking, praying hands, and scrunching. Then I just let my hair air dry and wow! The results are amazing.I also have the Frizz Rescue Finishing Serum which Is used after your hair dries and gets the gel cast. I’ve used it a few times but can’t seem to get the right amount so my hair is either greasy looking or just too heavy. I’ll keep experimenting with this, but my hair is just fine without it so I tend to skip using it altogether. Same with the Frizz Rescue Curl Retainer. I used this a lot for a few months but it became too heavy for my liking. Just couldn’t get the amount right either.Anyway, this air dry cream is now a staple in my routine! I’ve bought the travel size once and the large squeeze bottles twice already so finally decided to just get the largest size since I use it so often. A little goes a long way so it lasts for months. I apply about a quarter size amount for each side of my hair. Each product line has its own scent but I think they blend together very well. I don’t find it annoying or overpowering. I consider this a plus.Highly recommend getting the travel size of all the products you want to try. They are expensive for the size, but you’re still saving money since you can use up the travel size bottles after a few uses and be done with it. I think each comes with enough to really get a feel of whether it works for your hair type. Instead of buying a larger size for a few extra dollars only to find out you don’t like it and end up with a large amount of product that you’ll never use. This is one brand that I think is worth the high prices. I might try their other lines eventually, but food now my 4 step routine is just great (cleanser (shampoo), conditioner, air dry cream, and protein cream. No tools or heat needed. Just your hands and the air lol.I highly recommend giving them a shot if you can’t seem to find the right products for you.

Pretty Good, not Perfect
First of all, I ordered this and it was shipped to a receiving facility nearby but after that it disappeared and was never delivered. I of course was given a refund. Later I bought this product elsewhere.I've thus far tried about 8 similar curl creams and haven't been 100% happy with any of them. I have type 2A hair and many of my prior experiments were probably developed more for heavier hair and also hair that is more curly/wavy and needs taming. I have hair that has the ability to get natural wave as long as I have the right product in it, but without such a cream my hair is somewhat wild and flyaway, especially in rainy or humid weather. I have fragile hair with damage from years of coloring it, so I have to avoid certain creams and especially those with salt in them. This one was recommended because its "weightless" nature would not be too heavy for my fine hair. It is one of the 3 I have liked best, and while some have complained about the scent I find it lovely and probably the nicest one I've tried...surprising for me since I really detest the scent of a lot of products, especially when they are overly floral and sweet. I don't know how you would characterize the scent of this one but I find it nice and a clean smell. It also remains slightly even to the second day, and I like that. I've used a couple of creams that smelled a bit weird by the second day.As for its ability to encourage the waves I want via scrunching, I'd give it a B. It does't encourage strongly defined waves, but with proper scrunching it does somewhat well. The second day I can lightly mist my hair and revive the waves with more scrunching.Ultimately, I still haven't found my perfect curl cream, but this one isn't too bad. My top favorite thus far are AG, Ouidad and this one. I suspect it wouldn't do much for heavier hair as the hold isn't real pronounced. As with all the creams, you have to find the right amount to use to avoid a stiff texture. Sometimes it's hard to guess what amount isn't enough and what amount is too much. This one loosens up and feels soft when you get done. I wash my hair, blot it well so it's not dripping, spray on a leave in conditioner (currently like an AG one), and at that point I apply the cream, then scrunch, let it "sit" for a bit, then use the diffuser on it for a minute or two, let it wait more, then more diffuser later. I'm being careful to avoid heat these days.

It's very rich
It's very rich and there are lighter products out there. I have fine low porosity hair. As an air dry cream alone it's nice. However as a daily leave in or if used with other products it's heavy, drying, and builds up fast. Going to put it aside for those air dry days only. Probably won't purchase again after it's gone.

Lightweight Curl Cream That Defines Without Weighing Hair Down
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 out of 5 stars)The CURLSMITH Weightless Air Cream is an excellent leave-in option for curly hair that needs hydration without heaviness. The texture is light and creamy, making it easy to apply and distribute evenly through damp hair. It absorbs well and does not leave a greasy or sticky feeling. This cream helps define curls naturally while allowing them to air dry with softness and movement. It also works well for detangling, making styling easier and reducing breakage during application. Curls feel moisturized, smooth, and more manageable after use.Another plus is that it does not leave buildup and works well across different curl patterns. The formula feels gentle on the hair, and the fact that it is vegan and cruelty-free adds extra value.Overall, this is a great option for anyone looking for a lightweight curl cream that enhances natural texture while keeping hair hydrated and touchable.

Really good lightweight curl cream
All I can say - I’m in love. Light texture, but moisturizes amazingly. I still haven’t tried to use it without gel, but it really does its work.

Nice
Perfekt für stark welliges Haar, um den Frizz in den Griff zu bekommen, ohne dass das Produkt schmierig oder klebrig in den Haaren ist. Hält was es verspricht. Leider etwas teuer ;(
