Good quality dried scallops.
I wrote before to say that I did not have much experience with dried scallops but that they were good. I have since bought from different places and like this one so much more that I sent for it again. You may wonder why I am using so much of this stuff. I have been crazy over a great recipe for XO sauce found on the internet. It is so good that my husband and I have it most days. It goes great with plain rice. Our Asian friends are crazy about it too. Hence, this is one dried scallop I can recommend without reservation.
