Would have been great if it had been new
This item looked like it had been used -- the box was beat up and there was no "hanger" like all the Hallmark ornaments have. It also had a bit of a funny smell when I opened the box. However, since my husband and I used to prospect for gold before he passed away, I decided to keep this since it brings back those wonderful memories of good times we shared.
