I still want to be able to turn on the light even with out us at home to give that impression that there is still someone in there. It's super easy to set up - just install the app and the device. The app is also pretty straightforward - you can tun the bulb on or off, change color or scenery, set a schedule.My favorite feature is I can set a schedule for the bulb to turn on/off. This will be very helpful while we are away for the holiday. It has so many colors to choose from. I can change it depending on my mood or if I want the light to be a bit dim or bright.

This light is fantastic. Gone are the days of getting into bed then having to get up again because someone forgot to turn out the light!It was very easy to install. I can't remember the process but it involved installing an app on your phone and pairing the light with the WiFi. I only had to do it once. Since then, we've had power cuts, turned it off at the switch, WiFi reboots - it's always sorted itself out without having to repeat any setup.The app you install during setup allows you to control the light.You get a colour wheel that you can drag your finger on to get your desired colour. This gives you hundreds of colour options. You can also adjust brightness and lightness (e.g you pick colour red, lightness changes it from dark red to red to light red to pink to white).There is a standard "white" option too with brightness control. This is true white, not off white or yellow.There are a selection of "scene" options such as Working which defaults to an "ideal" working light, Dazzling which jumps between colours (e.g. red to green to blue), Gorgeous which fades between different colours to name a few. You can edit these scenes which gives great flexibility.There's a music mode which I haven't played around with much but it seems if you have music playing it will change colours along to the best!You can use the countdown mode to turn the light off after x number of hours and minutes. You can also set a schedule (e.g turn on between 7pm and 10pm) - great for if you are on holiday but want to make it look like someone is here without using too much electric!I believe you can use the app to control the light even when you are not at home but this is not something I have tried.I have connected the light to Alexa which has been going well. I can ask Alexa to turn the light on and off, pick a colour and increase or decrease brightness. I believe this is all the functionality you can get via Alexa.Other third party connection options include Google, IFTTT, Tmall Genie, Tecent Xiaowei, DuerOS at the time of writing this review.

This is worth every penny and so much more. It is very easy to set up in your smart application, Google Home and Alexa. Seriously, you just cannot miss out on this bargain. at three hours use per day, it will last almost five years and as it if for a bedside lamp, it is exactly what I was looking for and so much more.

This bulb arrived quickly, comes in a box similar to a standard build, slots in, finds your phone/aleaxa ect easily enough.Doesn't appear to be much delay between command and action. Is bright enough for me, I'd buy another

Good, easy to setup with TuyaSmart app, colour changes as u like and brightness, and help me to save energy saved my electric bill, at this special time!

new to Wi-Fi bulbs i'd done a lot of searching i wanted multiple bulbs, some of the prices were off the charts for the plain white. then i found these have to be honest the price caught my eye first then i notice they were colour change as well. hardest thing for me was trying to work out if B22 would fit my sockets there was nothing about size on ones i had (B22 fit a standard light socket you just need to know if you have screw or bayonet fitting) after downloading app installing and using bulbs is so quick and easy id done all 4 in no time. from the gosund app you can change colour brightness set a scheme eg lights change to music there are many other things you can do. its easy to link to Alexa change options are more limited in Alexa app but she will still do whatever you set up in gosund, so impressed with these bulbs i bought the smart plugs highly recommend

Took second to install on my WiFi network and with Alexa.(Virgin media hub and a mixture of echo dots, echo and a Sonos smart speaker)The brightness of the white mode is really good. Very bright. But can be controlled with the inbuilt dimmer feature to be as low as you like. This is great for the bedroom or other rooms where sometimes you want to see everything and other times you want to relax.Love the ‘off timer’. Turn the light off after a certain time. And the schedule too. Great for security.Getting in to bed and saying ‘Alexa, turn off the light’ may sound lazy but it means you don’t have to fumble around for the bed in the dark.It reacts quickly and accurately.I’ve ordered more for other rooms!

Purchased these as a 4 pack in the black Friday sales. I already had the gosund app as we have one of thier plugs. Installation was a pain but i believe this is due to my sky wi-fi. Had to divide the 2.4 mhz and 5mhz wifis into 2 and restart the router. then it loaded quickly. having already got the alexa gosund skill it was automatically recognised by alexa too. Have not tried the link to music yet but the different colour ranges are good too. However, the downside is when you switch them on a wall swich they take around 5 mins to be recognised as online in the gosund app or alexa. Other similar smart lights from different manufacturers work straight away. WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE
