Excellent product
I am using this flour for baking bread and really love the results! I use a sponge recipe and it works great. The key to using a 50# bag of flour in a residential kitchen is to buy a roll around dog food storage container (from Amazon, of course! IRIS USA 47 quart Airtight Pet Food Container, Navy MP-10). It is so convenient to just roll the container to the countertop, scoop out the flour and then close it and roll it back to it's corner. I was amazed that I could use 50# of flour in a few months, baking2 loaves bread about every 3 days.

Great product
Gold Medal's Stone Ground Wholewheat flour is certainly worth the cost. I've used it for quite some time in many different recipes, including several wholewheat bread recipes, wholewheat dinner rolls, and wholewheat pancakes. I've never been disappointed with the quality or the results. This may cost more than does white flour, but the greater nutritive value of wholewheat flour is worth the cost differential.
