Very flavorful.
This a unique and flavorful mustard which definitely represents the flavor of southern France. I do like this company for their wonderful variety of tasty mustards.

Taste is special
This is my go to mustard for chicken or cheese sandwiches. Has a real "have another bite flavor" to me. That said I think this is a love it or leave it mustard. I buy it regularly so well worth a try. Always comes well wrapped and I've had no problems in that arena.

Nothing Special
All the Fallot mustards are good. The question is whether a particular kind is worth replacing another in rotation. The provencal flavors don't seem to add anything special the way the walnut does.

You may be wondering, as I did, what's Provencal flavor? Delicious.
This mustard contains red peppers and garlic, a little taste of the south of France. Enjoy!
