Supposed to be refrigerated but came hot
It is supposed to be refrigerated but when I got it today it was hot. Looks like I can’t return it either so now I have something I can’t use.

Best pro and pre biotic! You won't regret!
These are by far the most effective pro and prebiotics I have tried (and I have tried ALOT). I have already gone through 2 bottles. If you have IBS or constipation, or need to replenish your gut bacteria, get these! You will get normal bathroom habits. 😃 A happy belly is a happy person! Yay. No side effects either!

I didn't know this brand had capsules in a jar. So much better than the individually wrapped capsules I'm used to.

Great product, poor shipping conditions
Why can’t Amazon pack the bottle in an insulated box? Heat kills the effectiveness of the live strains of bacteria. This is a great product, worth the cost, but only if the product’s integrity is maintained during shipping and storage.
