Going to be very fun!
I've only opened it to check the quality of it as we'll be using it at Xmas this year with the kids. It's just a connect 4 game but its a good size and its sturdy, which is something u want when u have little kids running around bulldozing things! I like that the coins collect at the bottom because that was a major fault in the old set I had which meant over the years we lost the coins!

Trays underneath to store your counters but also difficulty getting counters out after playing
The reason why I choose this version instead of the connect 4 brand is because I liked the look of the trays underneath where you can keep your counters during play. Something that I didn't see on the classic connect 4 version. It's a fun game that keep my kids entertained. One thing I didn't like was that when taking out the counters from the rows after the game, they often get stuck a the bottom. I think this might have something to do with them not having enough room to come out because of the trays underneath. We have to nudge the counters out a bit for them to come out. Overall, I would say if it's more important for you to have trays that each player can use to store their counters during the game, and you don't mind having to help the counters out after each game then choose this version. But, if you would like to be able to use and finish the game with ease then go for the traditional connect 4 or another version, simply because of the slight difficulty removing the counters after play.
