Finally Got a Good One!
After 2 failed attempts at purchasing this specific model as a regurbished device, I finally got a good one. I had previously purchased 2 of these laptops (not from this supplier) and the both got returned. They were faulty from day 1.This was my 3rd attempt to purchase this make/model refurbished device and I could not be happier. The machine as been working perfectly. There have been no issues. Battery life is excellent. It is lightweight and fast. I had previously purchased the HP Docking Station that goes with these models of laptops and all of my devices connect flawlwesly.Excellent product and a steal for the price.

No funcionan ....NOT WORK PROPERLY. LOST MY MONEY
Compre dos equipos , me acaban de llegar desde Miami donde tengo mi BOX . Un o de ells no funcionan varias teclas y tampoco funciona el cargadorI bought two computers, they just arrived from Miami where I have my BOX. One of them, several keys don't work and the charger doesn't work either. It is NOT a safe purchase

Skeptical
Glad I went against my gut and bought refurbished. Great little computer. Except for the constant updates. I’m not very smart with computers, but I’m very happy with it. It runs fast. Some scratches on the cover. Other than that, charges quickly, and battery life is good.

Keypad issue after 4 months
The track ball popped out on the second use. There wasn't any fingerprint sensor and most annoying issue was that after 4 months the G and H keys just stopped working. This is a major problem and unfortunately I ca not get a refund or even compensation for the cost of a new keypad as they are saying the warranty period has passed.

excellent computer, good refurbishment, fast shipping, the keyboard doesn't work right so i got a wireless keyboard and mouse. I am verry satisfied with this purchase, screen is exceptional, pc is verry fast.--happy camper.

Great choice I made!
This has been the greatest buy of the year this far for school! It got delivered faster than I expected. It powered on quickly and has worked perfectly. Definitely saved a couple of hundreds buying this way and although skeptical at first, this was indeed the best choice.

100% GREAT PRODUCT!
We paid $280 each for these machines, and they are perfect! Perfectly excellent condition, and all the specs are exactly what we were looking for. If they didn't say they were refurbished, you would never know it! Brand new condition and operation. Highly recommend!

Ni la acabe de pagar y ya se descompuso
Pues la computadora iba bien pero ya se descompuso. Tengo una computadora viejita de 10 años y nunca le pasó esto. Estoy insatisfecho. Lo que le ocurrió fue el problema de la pantalla negra,el cual no pude resolver por mi cuenta con el soporte de hp. Ahora tengo que gastar más dinero y perder tiempo en repararla.

Excelente equipo, detalles que no afectan funcionalidad.
Nota mala:El equipo venía en caja bien embalado, lo primero que me llamó la atención due que no traía los audifonos con micrófono. Al sacar el equipo de la caja note que había una abertura a la altura de la cámara, desacarapelada la pintura de un orificio de uno de los costados y un pequeño golpe del lado derecho de la pantalla. Aunque venia sellado, traia entre 2 de las teclas restos algo (no se que es, el resto se encuentra limpio sin que se aprecien huellas). Todo ello me hizo dudar del producto y lo efectuar la devolucion inmediat del equipo.No he podido instalar licecia del software, pero creo que es por que no se hacerlo.Nota buena:Un conocedor me comenta que el equipo es bueno, que son detalles derivados de un mal ensamble que no infiere en rendimiento del equipo, que es nueva. Derivado de ello, decidí probar el equipo y me gustó, la cámara es funcional, enciende súper rápido, es ligera, es muy bonita, tiene las demás características de la publicidad, así que, me quedo con ella por que el equipo lo vale, y claro, con la pérdida de los audifonos que no llegaron con el paquete.Amazón debería implenentar una forma de cancelar la devolución de manera rápida, pero espero se arregle pronto.

Son equipos que no cumplen con lo anunciado
Llego blockeada con contraseña tuve que formatearla, además le faltaban algunos tornillos, no volvería a comprar uno de estos equipos
