6/10 bcz the quality is not verry good ,the long streap is to much thin and quality of streap is also not to good .......you need to focus on quality

Stupid Design
There was no need to attach a separate tie for attaching with the weight it messes up with the exercises nd your focus in on the pie of tie hanging around your hands which can easily get stuck into any machine. Stupidity

It's eh, if you just want to hold on to anywhere around 100-200lbs
I wouldn't really recommend this to anyone, I was trying to deadlift 245lbs and it ripped and the strap fell off this could have went really bad, with me leaving a torn bicep.
