This was the third brand I tried for my setup ( Chromecast > Yamaha Reciever/Amp > Audio Embedder > Vava Projector with built in soundbar ). The models from other brands had a difficult time with passing 4K video through. This one actually works!Update (5 months later):Still works but I'm having issues with a delay in the sound between the processed audio through the embedder and the L/R surround speakers from my Yamaha Receiver. This delay goes beyond the extent that my receiver can correct. It was helped a little by purchasing a larger power supply (got a 10A) but I'm still having issue. Still a good product, but if you have a complicated setup, you might have to rethink it.

I was using this embedder to embed the video from my laptop and the audio from my mixer for karaoke to my tv. It worked, but the video and audio began to flicker. The audio frequency is also higher than I liked.I’m guessing it is difficult to build stable embedders. At the time I wrote this review, I could only find two companies that made these. I find the other brand to be better with lower frequencies and it’s more stable. I am returning this model.
