can it be used for barbeque natural gas line?

I cannot imagine why anyone would want to use this hose for natural gas. Although the pressure is low on NG it is usually buried in the ground on long runs with special lines and fittings to protect it from exterior damage and leakage. If needing 50 feet of hose is the intended use then use the proper line and fittings to protect you and everyone else. NG and propane line comes in a roll with correct fittings. For barbeques flex line should be short and have the proper fittings for which this soft hose is not a good choice.

Would this blow up a paddle board?

It's not an air compressor it's just an air hose so it will not blow anything up unless it's hooked to an air compressor
