Feels solid, under $20
The media could not be loaded. I went to trail, I guess the road bumps and vibration caused the stud of the old one to come loose and undone. So my coil spring fell. This part fits perfect and works the same as old spring. It does feel a little bit stiffer than Previous coil but I’m not worried bout it. Over time it should wear in

Just what I needed

great shock.
I bought a dual motor bike that came with a rear 2100lbs shock that might as well have been a hard tail. This little shock here, saved the say and restored read suspension to this otherwise great E-bike.

Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad...
Absolutely the worst product you could buy. It is only a spring. The shock isn’t even a shock. It’s a plastic tube with no seals and no oil. Stick your finger into your hand and voila, that’s how much shock buffering it has. The spring is crazy heavy too. I can only get it to compress 1” and I’m 200 lbs. Buy something else... please!

It worked, could have used some additional information to determine how appropritate it was - vendors don't really care nowdays.
I *think* this is ok. My son found it to be "too stiff" compared to the replaced version. That's not the vendor or manuf's fault, they stated the spring constant, and my son is pretty light. Lesson to me is to take the spring constant seriously. This has a very thin aluminum nut on an aluminum threaded body, so expect to be extremely careful. That's a lot of force per thread, not even getting to amount of impulse when hitting a hard object. Take these things seriously because they can be what allows you to avoid biking off the edge of a tall ridge and killing yourself.

Great quality, strong!
Works great for my electric scooter (zooma). Much higher ride than stock and very happy with the quality after a month of use.

NOT a shock absorber or damper, poor quality
Plastic rod bushing (smartly hidden by metallic sticker), makes this item so flimsy it is comical. I usually send stuff like this back but figured I should have really known better than to buy a $15 “shock absorber”. It’s really just a spring in an awfully made soft aluminum “shock absorber” looking thing.

Good for the price
These worked well for the price, but I wish the ends rotated more easily to accommodate mounting points more easily. They did come with hardware though which is nice.
