Got this for my 2013 Toyt Rav4. Fits great over my back seat. There are multiple pockets of different sizes and gives many options. It may seem quality is just enough. I stored a full gallon of water in a pocket with no issue of it ripping. There is velcro on the back to keep it in place and is easy to install.

This is a great organization tool for my car. Was able to adjust to fit my bronco and it had enough pockets for everything I had and opened up my space for other storage

Got it for a 2014 Mercedes SUV, there is almost no room in the back seat but we only put a dog there so leg room is no problem. I suspect it would be very uncomfortable for passengers but small SUVs actually have very little space and even with the large seat back pockets we needed more room. That sets the picture. This was a little smaller than I had envisioned but all of them are about the same width and it doesn't interfere with either back door. The headrest straps are easy to unsnap and attach. There are large Velcro strips to attach to the back of the seats. I probably won't use those because packed with the sort of junk even adults need in a car, including emergency map, drink bottles, tissue boxes, magazines (Nature and Science for those times when I am waiting for a spouse to finish shopping), etc., the carrier is already pressing on the rear seat. However it is a good idea, especially for those vehicles which don't have large flat pockets on the seatbacks. Quality seems fine, the mounting straps are much stronger than could possibly be needed and the pockets are strong cloth well put together. The package is surprisingly small, much smaller than expected but opened up nicely and was installed about five minutes after picking it up from the mailbox. I will post an update if there turns out be anything wrong which wasn't obvious on installation and loading it up. So, what can I say? It is a cloth storage system with multiple bags. I finally have room in the small glovebox and center console - YEA!

This is fairly good organizer, especially for the price. It's fairly sturdy, and has velcro to attach to the back of the seats so it doesn't flop around.

I purchased this since it was advertised as 40". Unfortunately, it is only 34". I will be returning the item.
