Excellent micro knife. Very sharp, I use it to open mail and delivery boxes, it hasn't scratched on the keychain with keys, and it doesn't open on its own. Blade replacement occurs in a semi-open position of the knife, be careful with sharp blades.

I've not even gotten any questions about it because it's so small, no one notices it on my keychain. I mostly use it for opening mail, packaging. I've also used it to remove stitches, as a toothpick (terrifying), trim a hangnail, cut rope.Make sure you buy extra blades. They are really inexpensive, and with such a small, sharp, surgical blade like this you're not going to want to re-use a blade.

I love this knife. It is compact and hooks to my key chain. This knife is very easy to handle and of corse is very sharp. The blades are very simple to change. The blades are also quite inexpensive so a new blade is readily available. Perfect emergency knife.

Is is very small. Which is both good and bad. Open with care. I could easily see injuries from the opening and closing process. That being said, it is the most compact way you can keep a scalpel handy.
