Earthquake alarm does not work
Hi, I have purchased this earthquake detector last month but this has never detected any of the last 2/3 earthquakes. So I now doubt on its working principle. Dont find this usefull. This is costly and not reliable.

A must buy product for those who are concerned for safety of their family members
Its a costly product but it has detected 4 earthquakes since it has been fixed. Importantly 2 shakes were quite less in power about of 2 richter scale magnitude but it successfully detected, whereas no news channel flashed as breaking news.Other two were reported by TV after 10 mins of shakes. It sounds loudly.I have no doubt that it will save precious seconds before serious destruction.

It works!
I invested in this earthquake alarm after I heard that it worked very well in the UN office in Kathmandu during the 2015 Nepal earthquake. It sounded its alarm three times during the recent Hindukush earthquake that was felt widely in N India.Glad I have it.
