The action is too fast, flex is too stiff as #4
What I received is think stiff rod like #7 graphite.Flex and action is not what I expected. And very heavy.Still good for decoration your room.

Allows you to cast accurately, and gives good "feel"
Well, I could have gone back to Orvis for a three grand rod, but I thought for a couple of hundred bucks - why not see how the Chinese approach building a bamboo rod. It is straight (you should always roll a rod to make sure it is truly straight), well made from the legendary Tonkin cane, and my four weight rod performs admirably.

Very nice fit and finish on rod construction
Very nice fit and finish on rod construction. Have already recommended to friends to check these rods out. Quick shipping from China and rod arrived unscathed in US Post. Would buy again.

Finish and fit are quiet good and the action is similar to other bamboos I ...
I found this rod to be an absolute bargain. Its not a $3000 rod but for a couple hundred bucks who would expect it to be? Finish and fit are quiet good and the action is similar to other bamboos I have used. ( That is slower than the fast action graphites around today.) Shipping from China took 16 days, 3 from China to Chicago and 13 from Chicago to Detroit. What's up with that? I paired this with Cortland's 444 Sylk line and I feel like I have a nice little dry fly rod that will serve me well.
