Found Object Art II
This is a very nice publication, well made and well photographed. It is not instructional, but inspiring if you are into creating art using found objects. I suppose it could also be considered a collectors guide, even though there is no monetary value attached to any of the pieces. There is a short bio and commentary for each of the 83 international contributing artists. The art work is of high caliber. I also have Found Object Art I and enjoy it too. I mostly create jewelery objects, but enjoy looking at found object sculptures for their uniqueness and to harvest ideas for scaling down in order to create smaller wearable art objects.

Paging through is entertainment in itself.
Have never taken a trip without searing for unexpected treasures. I often repurpose in my sculptures.

Great book!
I am a found object artist and love to look at the work of other such artists. This book has a wide variety of found object work. The photos are beautiful and the works are very inspiring.

A treat for the eyes!
This is the best art book ever! I love the format and the items shown and the artist comment is held to a minimum. Extremely inspiring!!

A rip-off of the first book
Very disappointed. Just a rewrite of the first book, FOUND OBJECT ART by Dorothy Spencer. All of the artists were in the first book. This is very unoriginal -- close to being plagerized

Trash to treasure!
This is a beautiful, delightful, inspiring book! So much junk and so many different ways to turn it into real works of art...the 83 featured artists represent a great variety of voices for this artform, their short bios and statements interesting and often charged with environmental passion, photographs are clear and good sized, the art shines!
