Purchased two, both died, great customer support
Updated review.Talked to the team and swapped out the power supply. Current unit is working fine. Will keep updating review as time progresses.Great customer support. The systems when it worked, was amazing. My Jetson nano, would run almost 2 days on these battery packs. Unfortunately both of mine had magic smoke escape from the units. The first lasted 1 day, noticed one the battery had popped up out of its socket. When popped it back down, the smoke started escaping on the motherboard.Thinking it was a user error, purchased another unit. This one almost lasted two months. When plugged it into its charger to recharge the low batteries, they ic by the power barrel started smoking immediately. System still worked, but was unable to charge batteries. When took it apart to swap out batteries to recharge it, the unit would no longer power on when reloaded with fully charged batteries.

Missing solder joints, disconnected headers, missing connector covers, no quality control whatsoever
Just arrived today, this is my second Geekworm T208 UPS battery module for Nvidia Jetson Nano 2GB and 4GB. (Yes, I'm including specific model information because Amazon's reviews are just as terrible and inaccurate as this Geekworm product and you may find this info plastered on some page for gummy bears or slippers instead.)Both items I've received have numerous manufacturing defects which should have been discovered before they were packaged. Several battery pads are not soldered at all, some have a very thin application of solder, and some have a giant blob of solder and cold solder joints. Many contact pads on the header are not soldered either, and consequently don't make any contact at all.2 out of 2 modules received are both defective. Side-by-side photos of both modules have been included for your viewing pleasure.I don't know if Geekworm is buying defective items at a discount from SupTronics, but this product is not worth $5 let alone the $50 price tag. How much is your time worth if you were to manually repair the solder joints? Or if this module fails and causes a fire? Can I give this product zero stars?

Started smoking during first use and company wouldn't respond to warranty request.
After powering on the device for the first time using batteries alone, one of the ICs started smoking. I pulled the batteries on the bottom quickly but it kept smoking. I was very lucky to not have screwed in the nano completely as it was nearly impossible to access the other two batteries on the top. I was able to pull off the nano after a few seconds and pull the last two batteries out. After I pulled the last battery, the smoking stopped. This could have ended much worse.I tried to contact the company through amazon regarding a warranty as there was nothing listed and it appear they updated the terms to offer only a 3-month warranty period. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
