I love these two items! I'm able to shine the light directly on my working area and it doesn't disturb my husband (unlike the lamp that I was using before). I don't use the magnifier much, but it was helpful when trying to get a knot out of a few strands of floss. The chart holder is wonderful! It's so nice to be able to have my chart where I can see it easily, but it's still out of the way. I am very happy that I purchased this!

This provides ample light for all my needlepoint and tapestry works. I can easily distinguish the colors especially when there are several that are very similar in shade. The magnify feature is fantastic. I don't use it often but when I need it I can easily spot any space I might have missed. I noticed other reviewers indicated it was hard to flex and initially I had the same problem but after using it for a while I can position it where ever I need it. I would definitely recommend this.

This product has become a miracle in my crafting life!! I love Loom Knitting but I have dexterity limits from Polio I had ( in my right shoulder/side whe I was young (1953...prior to the vaccine) and now at age 75 I struggle with my right arm much more than I ever have. This stand is not made to accomodate the craft I speak of, but where there's a will there is a way and I found mine. I love it and it allows me to continue yo do what I so enjoy. 😊

First let me say this attachment to their stand is fantastic. Purchased my first one in 2021. After about a year the electrical wire broke where it goes into the arm. Purchased a second one in August of this year with an extended warranty. A few days ago, the lamp/magnifier started to come loose from the arm. I'm past the 30 days Amazon will replace. Tried the warranty company. They won't do anything, go to the mfg they say. Now I'm waiting for a response.

the light is fabulous love how adjustable both the light and the clip are perfect for my cross-stitching needs you can change up which side they are on of the stand which is great instead of being locked into one position for the rest of the usefulness of the product. This was well worth the purchase for me.

I love my Daylight Stitchsmart stands. I've owned three of them. I've also bought two of these lamp packs, mainly for the lamp magnifier. The magnification is great and the lighting is excellent. Sadly, they don't last long enough. My first one died after two years of regular use. The second died in a year. I think the cables get knotted up after a while of bending and adjusting the magnifier, despite me not twisting it around. Once the light died in the last one, I tried to use it strictly as a magnifier but I found it got harder and to maneuver. It's a shame, because it's difficult to find a magnifying lamp that I can use when I'm standing a stitching. I have one that's a stand-alone, but it's cumbersome, it tips over and I'd rather not have two things on the table when I'm standing and stitching. So, before I buy a third one, I'm going to have to seek out one of those clip-on lights that'll fit, which is a challenge, given the thickness of the top of the Stitchsmart and the lack of large openings underneath.
