What size should I buy if I wear a 7.5- 8 and narrow/ medium width?

I would buy an 8. I think a 7 will be to short. These are great so enjoy your new purchase. I love them and wear them constantly they are so comfortable and supportive.

Can these be worn in summer or are they more of a winter shoe?

Because they are wool, they are much more a winter/fall shoe. Not at all a summer shoe
