OEM quality.
You pay for name brand cables and you get quality. Yes, they're more expensive but you get what you pay for.

Works perfectly for my needs.
I bought this to extend my Noco eyelet leads that were permanently attached to my battery. I was able to install this around my engine compartment to the outside of the car so that I never have to open the hood in order to charge my battery. I can now just hook up my Noco charger without ever opening the hood.

Perfect 10ft extension for NOCO genius
This 10ft extension cable is a perfect companion for my NOCO Genius 5 battery charger. The cable itself feels identical in quality to the original charger cables, suggesting good durability and suitability for its intended use. The advertised 10ft length is accurate and provides the extra reach I needed to conveniently charge my vehicle in the driveway while keeping the charger unit protected in an outdoor waterproof box. I particularly appreciate the locking clips on the connectors. When plugging the cables together, you simply push until you hear a click, providing clear confirmation of a secure and likely waterproof connection. This feature gives me confidence when using the extension in an outdoor environment. The cable offers a good balance of flexibility, making it easy to route and manage without being overly stiff. If you need to extend the reach of your NOCO Genius charger without sacrificing quality or weather resistance, this extension cable is an excellent solution.

Get this. Seriously. You'll need it.
As great as the charger is, unless you can set it on your car hood, or if you want to take the battery out of your car, you're gonna need this. I'm not a mechanic so I don't want to have to take my battery out and muck with resetting everything like stereo settings, etc. But my car sits for really long periods of time without use, and this old pig of mine (1997 12 cylinder V8) sucks the battery dry if I forget to unwire some hardwired accessories (motion sensitive cameras, specialized electronics). Its constantly wet on the west side of Washington, so I don't want to leave the charger outside, even under the hood. There's humidity getting into the car not to mention easy theft of the charger. With the extension cord, I can run the cord out from under my garage door, to the cable clamps on the battery and still have the hood closed and latched. Plus there's enough slack for it to lay flat without anyone tripping over it. The extension does not go from the charger to the wall. It goes between the charger and the clamps. So the charger sits happily in the dry garage, and the clamps are dry under the closed hood. The seals of the extension are water tight unless they're sitting in a pool of water. The charger will shut off if that's the case. You can get a number of generic extension cord connector covers here on Amazon. Like I said, unless you can fit your car in the garage or like taking out the battery and resetting everything when you out it back in, you absolutely need this with the charger.

Good cord.
Perfect for what I needed. Can park outside garage and have plenty of cord. Temps are -30s in winter, cord gets stiff but has not cracked. Easy to use and would highly recommend this cord.

well worth the purchase
worth it. i have noco chargers on 3 vehicles, all of which needed extensions like this. no way would i buy a knockoff - the noco brand is more expensive, yes, but no way am i trusting 3 vehicles on chargers in my garage to an off brand supplier. would you be OK potentially risking your house to an electrical fire to save $10 on a charger component? up to you, but no chance would i do it.

A likely necessity for tending batteries in cars.
I have a 2011 Mazda3 that I rarely drive and because of this, the battery and electrical system suffer. I bought the car brand new and have had to replace the battery three times since I've had it simply because of constant short trips. My NOCO Genius 1 has not only saved me from needing to replace the battery a fourth time but has restored the battery and car's electrical health per se. Problem is I had to park very close to the work bench I plug the Genius 1 into and the cord BARELY reached the car's battery terminals, so the Genius 1's cord basically roped off the side of my car. I decided to get a battery attachment connector that would let me plug in the charger without needing to pop my hood and attach clamps, and easily realized I needed an extension cord. At first, I looked for a six foot cord thinking this ten foot cord was too long. Now that I've been using my new "No hood raising" set up, I realize 10 feet is a good length. I never have to worry about the side of my car getting roped off, and if something grabs the length of cord lying on the ground, like my motorcycle tire or someone's foot, there's plenty of slack that tugging on the cord won't unplug anything. So even if you aren't going to use a connector attached to a car battery, if you have a NOCO Genius and want to use it on a car battery that's still in the vehicle, I'd recommend getting one of these extension cords, at whatever length you deem necessary.

10 foot length is more than adequate for charging during winter storage.
A great extension for the NOCO genius battery charger ! Very well made, yet flexible. 10 foot length is more than enough for charging in the garage during winter storage.
