Functionality work speed, build quality,and water quality so good also smell good.

Purchased this product at the height of 2nd Covid wave in May 21. At that time, did not opt for professional paid installation. Since we already had a RO filter(but RO membrane needed replacement). So went for completely new RO filter. Installation was not much difficult and somehow managed it except that some leakages. Seller did provide support over whatsapp and phone call.It has been working fine as such since then but need to check how it performs over long time and what is the life of various cartridges and components esp RO membrane. Following is summary of Pros and cons:Pros:(1.) Good price and good build quality.(2.) Good features(3.) Good support at the time of installation(4.) 12 litre water storage(5.) Almost no noise while operating.Cons:(1.) Seller has not provided descriptions of the product in a clear and transparent manner. For example, it is mentioned that copper cartridge is there to add alkaline minerals and in product description a big sized cartridge is shown. But I did not find that sized cartridge. When asked seller that there is a small cartridge present. I would expect that seller needs to be more clear and transparent about such things else we get impression that Seller is deliberately creating confusion.

The product is very good.I have written pro and cons as following.1) product is quite good.2) large storage tank.3) good design so looks good.4) it's quite economical in this price range.Cons:1) free service is not provided after installation and you have to pay 500 during installation.2) smart app is not working.3) they simply said we don't provide free service for one year.Customer service needs to be improved otherwise it's best water purifier in this range.

It worked well for three months. Then, it stopped turning on. After multiple calls to the service person, he came and replaced the power adapter. It stopped working again in less than a month. Have contacted both the service person and customer service multiple times for last three weeks. Nobody has come yet. The RO is useless like a plastic box.

Good quality but UV LAMP not provided in Water tank and water tank have enough space to enter small insect as weevils

I brought this product 30 days who was installed technician he did wrong connection they tell us younwater is too salt content 1200 TDS technician say it I cont do anything about it your water source is too salty.Then I I have to rise the question installation team they come and fix now water TDS lever 32 so now water taste is good who was come second time he is great knowledge about the product he found instantly what is the mistacks he fix with in few minutes I appreciate it now we are happy to use this product I cannot say it over all product is great just I started tonuse 30 days ago let see how it is work in future??I guess this product valuse of money I pay it I guess good affordable price I Would like to suggest personaly we can buy this productThanks installation team but pay attention your business keep focus your technician are professional work solve the problem you must track every movement work task completely done with satisfied customer you did but second time ?? Did properly installation completed.Thanks

This RO unit is not up to the point, cheaper quality. They claim that copper filter cartridge, i thought it might be something innovative technology, but in actual this is nothing a thin copper sheet has been rolled and placed a small plastic container. Water tank is not ABS plastic normal plastic. But the machine works. But I am not satisfied its quality.
