They took the extra steps to assure it would be exactly as I expected.
It was easy to install and fit exactly how I expected. I had a call from a nice lady who asked me questions to assure perfect fit before delivery. It works and looks perfectly.

Awesome Blind
We remodeled our master bathroom and needed a new blind for it. The blind is high quality, looks great and love that it’s remote control! Great customer service too!

Very pleased!
Very easy to install. Good communication. Remote works well. The only negative is they do leave a little gap on either side where some light can come through. Overall, I would definitely get them again!

they look ok, but impossible to understand how to program them
The directions as to how to program this are impossible to understand. Im a degreed electrical engineer and i cannot figure out how to program these shades. i purchased one, with the hopes of purchasing many more, but after several attempts to get programming instructions in understandable english, i'm giving up. for example. "Press P2 button-up button-P2 button-stop button, you hear beeps" i also had to modify the mounting brackets with a hack saw so that they weren't visible after the shade was attached to the wall.

Easiest process start to finish
I really appreciate the amount of details they request. This fit perfectly in my oddly shaped loft window due to the amount of measurement and specificity you provide when ordering. They reached out to confirm the details quickly and shipped within the week. One thing to note is that the mounting instructions are a little vague, but I had no trouble installing it intuitively. Great quality for the price, would definitely recommend!

Terrific Product
The product is as advertised. If I had more windows I would buy more of these shades. If you can use a screwdriver, you can install them. Their customer service is first class. These people should start a second company and go into customer service consulting to other companies.

I previously purchased one of these and they are great. I purchased 3 more blinds; the seller is very good to work with and made and shipped the new blinds quickly; FedEx , finally got them here: great blinds!
