Lokta paper has qualities you wont find with many papers. Whether you are inking calligraphy, painting like canvas, or sewing like fabric, this stuff is great. I quick glue of folded edges, followed by holes made with an awl, and you can sew up pieces with waxed saddle stitching thread. Add to this that I can run it through my laser printer to mark designs, and this makes for a key medium in my craft kit.
