These are great!
If you don't like the big bulky covers that never fit right and look horrible then this is what you're looking for. It's not overly thick but it's very functional. It takes some time to do but it looks and feels great. It isn't an exact color match to my truck but I don't care. The old leather was worn and had spots where it was tearing. If you're old wheel has spots on it like that wrap some tape around it to build it back up and then once this one on you'll never know it. Start on one end where like your steering wheel controls are and go around to your next part meets then tie it off good and start again. Look at my pictures for where to start and stop at. After every inch or so pull the string really tight and the wax coating will kind of hold it right for you. Don't try and pull it right every loop, it makes it to hard to thread and there's no need to. Take your time and after a few minutes you'll start moving along. It took me about 45 minutes to do my 1999 Ford F350 Super Duty truck. Right before doing this review I ordered 2 more, both in black for my Volkswagen Jetta and my Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen.

94" Toyota Pickup (a small steering wheel), loose, but it works.
It needs better instructions. It takes time to put on (1.5 hours). It is loose on my thin 94' Toyota Pickup steering wheel, but outside of that not bad for the money. It is on and loose width wise.

Impressed!
I put this on my work trucks steering wheel and have had it for a couple of months. I am very impressed with the quality and feel of it! The factory when had started delaminating and leaving black like particles that felt like sand on my hands (which drove me INSANE!) Now I have the feel of a higher end truck steering wheel with no grit on my hands lol. A few tips that I did that might make it a bit easier when installing - I sprayed the leather with water when I began stitching. Then as I would go, I would spray more water between the wheel and leather and let it absorb a little, then stitch some more. Also to keep from ripping one of the holes WHAT THE HECK? The thread I would use a narrow screwdriver and pull up on the thread instead of pulling the thread at an angle. Then periodically before pulling tight, I would apply super glue to the wheel and leather and squeeze my fingers around the leather that was already on the wheel to get the seam pinched together and hold until the glue set. Just make sure you thread is pulled taunt before the glue sets up. What I ended up with is a steering wheel that looks almost professionally done. Every one that has seen it has to do a double take thinking I changed the wheel out. Especially the guys that used to have the truck. They cannot believe how good it looks!!
