First off; very tactile, attractive looking, perfect size for my large hands even though they look insufficient. They look like colorful eggs. The colors are vivid and the shape has been well thought out. They could be used for stress relief? Yep. I’m using them to limber up my arthritic fingers and general improvement of strength and circulation. A good thing to have with you when boredom is seemingly in charge. You can even juggle with them, toss them to your bored teenager or take a chance with your boss. Perfect density, factory instructions aren’t necessary. These eggs can’t be fried. (A storage bag is included).

This is a great way to exercise your hands. I used it after breaking my wrist and injuring my hand. Good feel and the different densities give you options.

They were as mentioned in the description. It comes in a neat pouch too so handy to keep and carry. The only negative I think was there was no indication of which was of which strength. once who try using them you can figure it out.
