Great job!

This is the best Operations Management textbook I have ever come across. I urge lecturers and postgraduate students get and use it as their main reference material.

The book was delivered to me earlier than expected and with the complete MyOMLab code as advertised. The cover looks 95% new and no highlight or note inside which is brilliant!

This book was sold as in reasonable condition and advertised under the category as including the Myomlab access. In fact the Myomlab code wasn't included, the first couple of ages were torn out and pretty much every page so far is covered in pen marks, underlinings etc. It's quite distracting to read with so much scribble. I obviously have a different interpretation of reasonable condition.
