Q: Are the spoons stamped or marked 18/10 stainless steel?

Thanks for the responses - I was just about to ask the same question. If they are not marked 18/10 then they are clearly not!

I would say 18/0 is more accurate. The spoons display magnet susceptibility.

Q: Does the handle get hot when the spoon is used in something hot? (Does the spoon conduct heat through the handle?)

If you are heating something and the spoon is in it, it will get hot at high temperatures. If it is in a tea glass I never noticed the heat. It will conduct heat.
