I bought another Levoit air purifier back in 2020. And it was a perfect air purifier in the beginning. The WIFI function never worked for me even though I tried it many time with my 2.4G network and different devices.I barely use the product and only used during pollen seasons for a few weeks due to my allergies. However, after two seasons usage the touch screen panel had stopped responding with all lights turned on on the touch screen panel. I had tried to reset the unit by unplugging it for a period of time and plugging back in. But it never fixed the problem. As I have read the reviews for this product with one star, most of them mentioned the same issue.I am not sure why this product would receive higher than one star rating. Probably most customers rated when they get the product or after only a few months of usage. I believe they would change the rating if they have waited another two to three years.As Levoit warranty policy states: two years. In my situation, unfortunately the unit has passed that limit. The worst part is I also purchased two other sets of filters for this machine, which is never used. I never thought that it would stop working just after two seasons of usages.I contacted Levoit support team and was informed that this unit has been discontinued, which I suspect that the company knows there is a significant number of customers complaint about the same issue. Since Levoit support team would not assist me in any way, my trust for this brand or company has drastically decreased. I would never buy anything from Levoit again. Bad customer service, experience, and product that won’t even last for the amount of money consumers paid for!!!What a scam!!!As for this product, not sure how long it will last???
