It takes too much time to place your phone on it and set it up. All the youtube reviews on this item recommend someone to buy it and are all positive. I should've done more research... I don't think the gimble2 stabilizes well you'd need the 3. It only stabilizes side to side if that makes sense. Not if you're running or jumping up and down. The phone I'm using is a Google pixel and it didn't fit well. So if you have an iPhone this would probably be more fitting. Also didn't like how you have to download this app and it literally asks you for so much info (surprised it didn't ask me for my SSN) for this I am going to be returning the product. Battery life on this device isn't so bad depending on how long you are using it for. I kept turning it on and off for 3-5min clips and was able to do that about 10-15times before it died. I also never charged it, it came fully charged.

The item broke months after I bought it !! I tried reaching out the the sellers and they advice me it’s not the plastic parts fault that it broke !! It’s because of human error !! The app is easy to use but the video quality through it is very poor and not smooth

The app that we need to use taking video of photo was so grainy. The video looks like almost an animated version.

I never write reviews but I highly discourage anyone to buy this gimbal . You have to download a sketchy app to use it and if you go to the App Store itself there are comments that have low ratings and reviews . I used this gimbal twice and it already broke . It also feels like cheap plastic . The color itself is very cute but that’s it

This is such a great product for photos and beginning vlogs. I used this for a girls weekend and it was perfect, easy for beginners too. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The media could not be loaded.  Speedy delivery! Great functionality! The vlog was made with leisurely comfort, but a bit practice was needed (always read the instruction, hahaha).
