First one was defective...
The first fob I received was defective. It would intermittently connect to my phone's bluetooth or wouldn't connect at all, no matter how many times depressed the button. I didn't give up, though, and immediately returned it for a replacement...too many good reviews to not try again. Anyway, the second fob works like a charm. It connects to Zello without a hitch, and I don't even need to bring Zello to the foreground to get it to activate. I'll definitely be ordering another one of these for my partner.

Great functionality but drops randomly
Used with Motorola Wave on a Samsung A35. The external power switch is great and the button itself is good. Hard to set off by accident, and it has great tactile feedback. Battery life is weeks of constant use. The real problem is that this button will drop very randomly. Most days, it works for 12+ hour shifts without a single hiccup, but sometimes I feel like I need to reconnect it every 15 minutes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is my second PTT product. I love that the on off switch is outside the device. It’s smaller so more discreet. Works great with Zello.

Worked 2 days only.
I got this in October 2025 and set it up. It worked for 2 days. I tried to use it today, but my phone and app no longer recognized it. I bought new batteries and replaced it 2x. I still cannot get the app to see it. I have tried to use the company’s support portal, the link from Amazon didn’t work. When I finally got to the support portal the only troubleshooting is first time setup. I have tried to send the company a message , but I don’t know if it sent. So far I won’t recommend this to anyone. I’d like to get help from the company, if they answer emails/support messages.

Works every time,
Unit is nice and small, I have the velcro band which is adjustable so that fits comfortably on my finger. I just have to remember to turn it off when I’m finished with it.

Could be better
This button is finicky. Won’t stay connected to phone/zello app. When using for a security situation, it needs to be reliable.
