Love them!, very easy to use and very much worth the price
Love them!! They come with their own plastic bag so they are separate all your food in the freezer or fridge. Got these for post rotary cuff surgery, I've had them in the freezer and I've had them in the fridge. I mainly sat in a chair so just sitting them over. My shoulder and back and arm works well, but as a larger lady, the straps will go around me easily and they aren't comfortable. Very easy to use. Very good temperature retention. I keep them in the fridge sometimes so they're not as cold and then if I fall asleep with one on it's not a problem. You do definitely need something between the ice pack and your skin if you're freezing them. It's just too cold without it.

Flexible, comfortable and it works!
Pretty flexible shoulder pouch for muscle rehab. You get a large gel pad that kind of moulds to the contour of your should, sat in a pocket on the pad. The gel's ice cold in around 30 minutes, so not too long to wait (I didn't want to keep it in the freezer). A bit of a faff to put on, but you get used to it quickly.Easy to adjust the chest strap, to keep it all in place. It's comfortable to wear at rest, I've not been really active in it, so can't comment on if it stays in place when moving. I'm using it for cold therapy, so haven't tried heating the pad. Looking at the design though, It should work just as well. The only gripe for me is holding the top part around the curve of the shoulder toward the neck. Maybe the large size would have worked?Overall I'm satisfied with outcome - no ibuprofen needed on the days when I use it!

Excellent product
Exceptional quality and works well

well made but has faults. Gel pad split after 7 months
Quite effective and the gel pack stays cold for 1 - 1.5 hrs. It is quite difficult to put on by yourself and the elastic around your body slips up letting the shoulder pack slide down your arm. It is ok to put on to watch tv or other static things. The strap is not clipped on but has a sliding buckle which slips letting the gel pad slip. The gel pad has lasted 7 months before splitting and a warranty period is not mentioned.

Comfortable to wear
Definitely find this a help with the pain of rotator cuff tear and it fits quite comfortably though canโt wear it for bed find it a bit uncomfortable then can use it with or without ice pack

Good product
The quality and design of this product is very good, although I need to use it for a longer period (so far one week only). Delivery was good and on the scheduled time. It came with some mouldy spots, which I easily removed with cleaning wipes, but maybe the storage area was not ideal I guess. Overall, I am happy.

Not as expected
Bulky, heavy. Doesn't fit ontop of shoulder as demonstrated. Doesn't fit snug to arm as picture. When your in pain, limited arm movement and have arthritis awkward to put on when you're on your own

Position is everything!
Now that I've got your attention I'll share my review ;). Ok it's a one piece wrap of sturdy foamy stretchy stuff. Yes I like to keep it scientific with the terminology. It also has a strap you attach like a handbag or manbag. It does not provide instructions for this but if you need that you really shouldn't be trusted opening boxes, so..The good:Arrived fast.Packaged very well in plastic in perfectly sized box. Nice enough to gift even.Pleasant little note inside to thank you.Good quality material. Stretchy and resilent.Adjustable velcro closing for tiny to large bodies.Large enough brace for my 6 ft 2 bohemouth son but also fits me.Ice pack is big enough to cover entire shoulder and has a pouch to hold it in place. It also has a bag to keep it from getting food odors in the freezer. Both the arm hole and the body belt are adjustable with velcro that isn't itchy or rough.Does not stick to clothing either. The bad:It requires you know how to put a strap through a plastic strap thingy and how to operate velcro. The ice bag is heavy because it's big. I like this but you can decide for yourself if it's bad.If you have xx huge arms it may not fit.I didn't get it months ago.And lastly, position it properly for relief. This is essential. Ladies, you think it should go under the breast because why would anyone want a strap on the breast. But no. This was designed, like 90% of the unisex products on the market, for men. You will need it over the breast to brace the shoulder properly. Otherwise it sits too low..You need to wear loose clothing over it.Summary: I think it's a good product for the price.

Not practical to use
While the order is nicely packed and a nice note from the seller is included, the product it self is heavy specially for someone with a shoulder surgery and not practical as it keeps slipping as well given its weight
